How I Work
What I do, I aim to do to the highest standard.
I'm searching for beauty.
Quality takes time. But even if it does, my turnover time is usually only 3-10 days, depending on your project.
The product will always be delivered on a set deadline.

When shooting
(Hours stated include set-up time)
8H - full day rate: 600£
4H - Half Day Rate: 350£
+50£ per hour over time.
when working Post-Production
7.5H - full day rate: 350£
3.5H - Half Day Rate: 175£
"How many days of work are required? It's so expensive."
Prices vary from film to film, from little work to a lot of work, from shooting single-handedly to acquiring additional crew, from using personal camera equipment to renting high-end cinema cameras, from whether or not requiring professional lighting, sound, props, make-up, actors, models or additional shooting days, studio use, locations or transport.
If your film can benefit to my personal portfolio (usually when it’s the first of a kind), I’m happy to come down on the price, as I like challenges and I appreciate you’re willing to take the risk with me.
Since you're expecting to see some prices anyway, I've created some categories for folks on a small budget:
Regular projects: 1500£ - 5000£
This includes one full day shoot & several editing days depending on the complexity of the demand.
Special discount on tiny projects (same day delivery): 350-875£
Includes: 1 Half Day Shoot + 0-1.5 Editing Days
- Social media 1-min shorts with very simple edit.
- 5-min talking head/interviews/BTS with simple edit.
- Shooting only without editing.
How We Work
Pre-Production
Preparation is key, so I won't be charging for creative discussions, meet-ups & location-scoutings.
For concept development like script, shotlists or story-/ moodboardings to visualize the client’s wishes & ideas on paper around half a day's fee may be applied.
This helps to verify that the client’s vision of their dream film is the same as mine.
It's the client's decision to pay 10% or 50% of the fee at the Pre-Production stage.
Production
The most stressful and expensive day during the entire production is the shooting day. The standard price includes one shooting day (8-9 hours) with a limit of 2 different interior locations per shooting day.
This rule exists for the client's own sake to not try to rush scenes to fit them all in one shooting day, which as a consequence leads to losing quality.
The first 50% of the fee is to be paid latest at the beginning of Production (shooting day).
Post-Production
Post-Production consists of Editing, Sound Design & Color Grading for the chosen format delivery.
One Re-Edit / Correction is included in the price.
Delivery
The client will receive the final product in a lower quality file signed with a watermark, until the other 50% of the fee are paid for.
After payment is complete, the full quality version of the final product will be delivered without a watermark in the highest quality with the desired video codec like .mov or .mp4.
